The strategy would authorize state officials to shoot or trap and then kill up to 85 California sea lions each year, or as many as necessary so they eat no more than 1 percent of salmon passing through Bonneville Dam. State officials must first try to scare sea lions off and, if that doesn’t work, make sure they target only offending sea lions.
How about you get your salmons from somewhere else? >.>
